Your thesis paragraph should explain whether this topic is/is not the sign of a Double V Victory.  Your paper should follow the form below:

4. What happened?  What was the event?
5. What were the results of your event?
6. Conclusion – What parts of the Double V victory does this event/person represent?  Why is this significant?
