1. Did you like that this story is told from the point of view from a dog?
2. Did Squirrel make the right decision in following Bone, why do think that?
3. Did the Beckers do the right thing when they adopted Squirrel? Where you able to figure out by the clues in the story what would happen to Squirrel at the Beckers?
4. If you could re write the story with Mother staying in Squirrel’s life, what would happen?
