Recently I have read the book The Elephant Run. This book was amazing. It was filled with action and suspense and you just cant stop reading. It is about a boy that has to move to a county named Burma during world war 2. But when he gets there they are attacked by the Japinese. His biggest challenge is getting out of Burma. Learn what happens and who nick meats along the way.

I’ve read six books this summer. One of then was ruined. This book is a bout a girl who is under curse and shes is the only person who does not know about it. Her mother got hit by car because she was trying save her daughters life. This books takes place in New Orleans right after Hurricane Catrina happened. This book did have some freaky parts in it, so I recommend that you don’t read it at night.

    Mr. Hine,
I read 3 books this summer. I was really entertained by the books. One of my favorites was a Caroline B. Conney book that was called “The Face on the Milk Carton.” That was the best book ever the other books were also good but not as good as this one. I would like to read other books by this author. She writes really good interesting and fascinating books.

This summer i read If the Witness Lied by Caroline B. Coony. It’s about a young toddler named Triss who’s mother died of cancer when he was born. The father soon after died from a terrible accident supposedly caused by Triss. Now the 4 children, Jack, Maddison, Smithy, and Tris are in the care of their godmother Sherril Rand who loves attention from the media. She will do anything to get on the news. The kids discover evidence in the father’s cell phone that the only wittness, Sherril, could have lied about who caused the accident. AMAZING BOOK!

Is it just me or is like a bunch of people reading The Book Thief??? I saw two eighth graders reading it and I’m reading it…anyways, it’s a good book, very sinister though…confusing at times….you should read it if you’re a good reader.
