Cinta de los Campeones
He or she who holds “La Cinta de los Campeones” the longest will reign supreme. Not only will they have eternal bragging rights over their fellow peers (and look good while doing it – whoever holds the title can spend the day with the belt – if they wish) but they will also receive three, that’s right, three free homework passes to use as their champion sized heart desires. The first three runner ups will also receive consolation prizes (homework passes).
To obtain the belt and be considered the current Sedgwick “campeón”, one must use “La Frase de la Semana” in appropriate context. This must be done either in front of Sr. Jud or in front of another teacher who can serve as your accomplice. If multiple people use “La Frase de la Semana” on the same day, each will be rewarded with one day to add to their total. (The first person to use “La Frase de la Semana” in the day holds the option to wear the belt for the day.)
