We had a great time with Read Across America Day! We all wore our PJs and slippers and enjoyed a large chunk of quality independent reading! Even Mr. Lewis got in on the fun! Hello future 5th graders! I hope your summer has been going well. I hope it’s been filled with vacations, summer camps, or just hanging out at home or at the pool! My summer has been crazy! Between working at summer school, being the assistant director at the Buena Vista Camp in West Hartford, and traveling, my summer has been packed! However, now that August is here, it’s time to think about the upcoming year! I’m really excited to be able to teach you and lead you through your final year at Duffy! I’d like you to post the one thing you are looking forward to the most this year! Also, feel free to let me, or your future classmates (they read this as well!) know what you’ve been up to this summer! Remember to only use your first name in the post!
