Search for Gold Mountain. Coming to America from China. 2. The protagonist of the book is still the main character of the book Li Ming. Li Ming and his father are now on the junk heading to the United States. A junk is a type of Chinese boat. I like Li Ming as a character because when there was a giant storm during the voyage. Li Ming just stayed calm and wasn't afraid of not surviving the brutal storm. 3. I predict that in the next chapter, Li Ming and his father will finally arrive in America. 1.
