Mr. Schwartz is a science teacher at Hall High School in West Hartford, CT.

He is owned by a Brittany Spaniel named Sam the Killer Dog, and cats named Stewmeat and The Goddess Anoia (her name is a Pune, or play on words).

There is also a wife, a son, a daughter, and a pair of goldfish. [see comment under The Goddess Anoia]
