A Message from the Bugbee PTO

Welcome to the Bugbee PTO webpage!  We hope you will visit often to learn more about the great events, enrichment activities, fundraisers, and other ways to get involved with the PTO.  We look forward to working with you throughout the 2011-2012 school year.

The PTO is an integral part of our children’s lives at Bugbee.  In addition to providing materials/activities to enrich the educational experience of our children, the PTO has two other important goals.  The first is to maximize communication within our school community, and the second is to see that all students, parents, and teachers catch the Bugbee spirit!  We welcome your involvement and attendance at as many Bugbee Parent Meetings and events as possible. To learn more about the PTO, please stop by our table in the cafeteria at Curriculum Night on Thursday, September 8th.

Our first Parent Meeting will be held on Thursday, October 6th at 7:00 PM. Look for more information about the program in our school newsletter, The Bugbee Buzz and our weekly PTO e-mail blast.

In the first day packet you will find the PTO Membership Dues form and the Fall Volunteer form.  The success of our efforts at Bugbee depends on both your financial support and your personal involvement.  We thank you in advance for your generosity and hope you will also offer your time and talents during this school year. Please send in your dues and volunteer forms to the school office as soon as possible, but preferably on or before September 9th.
