Bristow Middle School Student Council

Due to CMT testing our next meeting will be THURSDAY, MARCH 18 in Mrs. Droney’s room.

Be sure to sign up to bring in a breakfast item for the STUDENT COUNCIL BREAKFAST during our March 19 meeting.

There will be NO MEETING on Thursday, March 4. Our next meeting will be Thursday, March 18.

Please be sure to stop by Mr. Jarboe’s room to sign-up for the breakfast we will have on March 18.

Our next meeting will be this Thursday, February 25 at 7:15 in Room 325. We will be working in our committees.

Pajama Day!!!!!

Our next Spirit Day will take place on Thursday, February 25th. All students can wear their favorite pajamas to school. Remember that all school rules that apply to appropriate dress are STILL in effect!

• Upcoming Spirit Day – Pajama Day 2/25/10
• Upcoming events proposed by the Officers such as Celebrate Bristow Day, A guess how many contest, and an information kit for incoming 6th graders next year.
• We will also discuss how the Student Council can help out with the upcoming 6th grade orientation nights in March.

-Discuss options for changes to 6th and 7th grade lunch tables.

Do you want to switch more frequently
If so, when should you switch?
Should tables be assigned?
Other questions as they come up.

At the end of week number 2 of collection we have raised an unofficial total of: $554.33! This is a great total so far. We have a little less than 2 weeks of collection left. Please keep brining in your coins and spare change!

Our next meeting will be held on Thursday, January 21, 2010.
We will be discussing the recycling initiative as well as other important school related issues.
