The goal of the WHPS Speech and Language Program is to support students at all levels with their communication needs. This includes their comprehension and understanding of language, their vocabulary, and their ability to express themselves (e.g. syntax, grammar, articulation, fluency). The Speech-Language Pathologist can also identify software and Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC) that may suit a student’s particular communicative style. We work closely with students, parents and teachers to maximize the learning potential of each student.
