How can I get youtube videos for school?

There’s a million free easy ways to get youtube videos for school.

http://www.zamzar.com/ is the one I use most. Add the youtube URL and then set it to convert to .wmv so that you can play it with Windows Media Player. You will get an email from zamzar when your video is ready and you can download it right to a flash drive. I do this often.

You can also try a number of other online sites such as http://keepvid.com/
I use Firefox browser at home and I have an add-on called Download Helper. When a video is playing in the browser I can select download and convert and voila! http://www.downloadhelper.net/

You can also download free software for this process. http://download.cnet.com/YouTube-Downloader/3000-2071_4-10647340.html

You can also paste many URLs from youtube into the Upload Videos feature of SchoolTube. You just need to create a free schooltube account. Unfortunately, that still counts as streaming . . . in TeacherTube, you can also download the videos that are added. . .
