Discovery Education WIN A 21st Classroom – begins January 3rd 2011 – May 2, 2011

1. ELIGIBILITY: The CDW-G and Discovery Education 2011 “Win A Wireless Lab” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age and older and who are employed, during the Term of the Sweepstakes and when prizes are awarded, at accredited public, private or parochial schools in the United States that are organized and primarily operated for educational purposes, containing any class with students from Kindergarten through Grade 12, and being considered tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service Tax Code or being registered as a public school with the National Center for Educational Statistics. Employees of Discovery Communications, LLC (“Sponsor”) and CDW Government, Inc., their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, Promotion Mechanics, Inc. (“Sweepstakes Administrator”), and the immediate family members (spouses and parents, children and siblings and their spouses, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such individuals are not eligible. Eligibility may be verified by Sponsor at any time. Any determinations of eligibility will be made by the Sponsor whose decisions are final. Entrants may be subject to rules imposed by their employers relative to their participation in trade promotions and should check with their employer for any relevant policies. Entrants are entering on behalf of their school.

2. TERM: The Sweepstakes begins at 5:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 3, 2011, and ends at 5:00 PM ET on May 2, 2011 (the “Term”).

3. TO ENTER: To obtain one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, go to the Win a Wireless Lab Sweepstakes page at www.discoveryeducation.com/cdwg and click on the “Enter to Win” button. Complete the online entry form by providing all requested entry information and answering all questions, and submit your entry (an ‘Online Entry’).

An eligible entrant may obtain one (1) additional entry each day into the Sweepstakes by using his/her Twitter® account to submit a message (i.e. a ‘Tweet’) via the entry confirmation page on the Official Entry form (a ‘Twitter Entry’). Twitter accounts are available online free of charge. The message posted through Twitter will state that the person has entered the Sweepstakes, and will also contain the URL http://twitter.com/WinWirelessLab or an abbreviated URL. Sponsor will not collect or store Twitter usernames or passwords. Sponsor will not have ongoing access to the entrant’s Twitter account. Sweepstakes is not affiliated with Twitter.

“Twitter Tuesday” entries: eligible entrants who submit a Twitter Entry on Tuesdays during the Term will receive three (3) additional Sweepstakes entries.

All entries must be received by Sponsor’s server by 5:00 PM ET on May 2, 2011. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or Twitter account. Limit one (1) Online Entry per person/email address, per day and one (1) Twitter Entry per person/Twitter account per day.

4. FLIP CAM DRAWINGS/PRIZES: Each week during the Term, the Sweepstakes Administrator, an independent judging organization, will conduct a random drawing to award one (1) Flip Cam valued at approximately $149. A total of seventeen (17) Flip Cams will be award. Winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received for a particular day of the week. The designated entry day for each week will be announced on Twitter and on the Discovery Education blog. Entries from any Flip Cam drawing do not carry over to subsequent Flip Cam drawings, however all entries will be entered into a Monthly Drawing and the Grand Prize drawing.

5. MONTHLY DRAWINGS/PRIZES: The Sweepstakes Administrator will conduct three monthly random drawings. Monthly entry periods and drawings are as follows:

Each monthly random drawing will award one prize: a Digital Signage Solution package consisting of three (3) flat panel LED monitors, a media player and installation. The prize will range in value from $6,000 to $10,000, depending on brand awarded. Decisions as to which school receives which brand will be made at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Entries from each Monthly Entry Period do not carry over to subsequent Monthly Entry Periods, however all entries will be entered into the Grand Prize drawing.

6. GRAND PRIZE DRAWING/PRIZES: On or about May 9, 2011, the Sweepstakes Administrator will conduct random drawings to select three (3) Grand Prize winning schools to each receive a 21st Century Classroom, as follows:

• One (1) Grand Prize drawn from among all eligible entries received overall.
• One (1) Grand Prize drawn from among all eligible entries received from suburban schools.
• One (1) Grand Prize drawn from among all eligible entries received from rural schools.
• Schools will be placed into random drawing categories according to classifications as defined by the U.S. Census Bureau.

Each Grand Prize will consist of a Mobile Wireless Lab valued between $40,000 and $43,000.

• One school will each receive twenty (20) Lenovo Notebook PCs, one (1) Epson projector, one (1) Epson inkjet printer, and three (3) Cisco wireless access points.
• One school will each receive twenty (20) HP Notebook PCs, one (1) Epson projector, one (1) HP laser printer, and three (3) HP wireless access points.
• One school will receive twenty (20) Toshiba Notebook PCs, one (1) Epson projector, one (1) Xerox inkjet printer, and three (3) D-Link wireless access points.

All Mobile Wireless Labs will also include: one (1) Polyvision interactive whiteboard and stand; twenty (20) student response systems; one (1) Bretford mobile cart, one (1) AVerMedia document camera, and one (1) Sony digital camcorder. Decisions as to which school receives which prize package will be made at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Each Grand Prize will also include a $5,000 Digital Media Grant for online and/or offline Discovery Education products to be selected/customized by the winning school.

Following the Grand Prize drawings, the Sweepstakes Administrator will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received from all school classifications to award the following prizes:

• Five (5) First Prizes, each consisting of a Promethean interactive whiteboard valued at approximately $2,000.
• Ten (10) Second Prizes, each consisting of a netbook computer valued at approximately $350.
• Five (5) Third Prizes, each consisting of a Canon digital camcorder valued at approximately $300.

Winning schools (and entrant who submitted winning entry) will be notified at the school address by phone, email, postal mail and/or express mail, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received for each drawing. All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received.

7. CLAIMING PRIZE: Winning schools (and entrant who submitted winning entry) may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and (where legal) Publicity Release within 30 days of receipt of notification letter. Failure to do so or return of prize notification will cause prize to be forfeited and awarded to an alternate. No transfer or substitution of prize, except at Sponsor’s discretion. Limit one prize per school.
